Shipping policy

Original Artworks

Iris will carefully wrap the original artwork and ship it using with Australia Post or a courier shipping service. For larger canvases, when possible, Iris will detatch the canvas and send it rolled in a tube. In this case, the artwork will need to be stretched by a professional picture framer. The parcel will be trackable. 

There is no shipping fee within Australia.

International shipping has a flat rate of $100AUD.

Australia

All print orders within Australia are shipped free of charge.
Please allow around 3 weeks for your order to be printed, packaged, and delivered.

International Shipping (Outside Australia)

For international customers, we ship prints unframed and rolled in a secure tube.

  • Shipping Fee: $100AUD

  • Delivery Time: Please allow 4–5 weeks for international delivery.
